Let’s see those traffic count numbers!!
Do you guys have the numbers from the early traffic counts? Could you post them?
Construct a 395 Southbound on-ramp directly from the Airport. This would greatly reduce traffic flow through the Plumb/395 intersection, espeically by visitors renting cars from the airport. To reduce costs, this could be split-off the exiting 395 northbound on-ramp already coming from the Airport.
